A principal of Siegel & Moses, Morton was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1960, following his graduation from the University of Michigan (B.A., 1956) and DePaul University (J.D., 1960). Just one year later, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, followed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Seventh, and Eight Circuits, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. Morton is a member of the Chicago, Illinois State, and American (Member, Section on Antitrust Law) Bar Associations.
